2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer by and every agreement with PrintCraft3D via this website.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. For orders with a shipping address outside the EU we do not charge VAT; import duties and local VAT may be charged on delivery. Product images are indicative: colour and finish of 3D prints may differ slightly. Typing errors and price changes reserved.

4. Order and agreement

The agreement is concluded once your order is placed and your payment has been received. You will then receive a confirmation by email.

5. Payment

You pay securely online through Mollie (including iDEAL, Bancontact and credit card). We do not store payment details.

6. Delivery

We ship with PostNL. Many products are printed to order; the expected delivery time is an indication and not a strict deadline. See our shipping policy for costs.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

8. Warranty and complaints

We deliver products that conform to the agreement. Have a complaint? Report it within a reasonable time after discovery at info@printcraft3d.nl; we respond within 14 days.

9. Privacy

10. Governing law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
