PrintCraft3D operates this shop and website. This privacy policy explains which personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. PrintCraft3D is the data controller.

Personal data we process

• Contact details: name, shipping and billing address, phone number and email address.
• Order data: the products you order, amounts, shipping method and payment status.
• Account data: email address and an encrypted password, if you create an account.
• Communication: messages you send us, for example with a question.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data in server logs, for security and troubleshooting.

Payment details (such as your card or account number) never reach us: they are processed by Mollie.

What we use it for

• Handling your order: payment, shipping and contact about your order.
• Managing an account, if you create one.
• Complying with legal obligations, such as the tax retention obligation (7 years for bookkeeping records).
• Security and fraud prevention.
• Marketing emails, only if you gave consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share data with

Only with parties needed to fulfil your order: Mollie (payments), Sendcloud and PostNL or another carrier (shipping, including your name, address, the pickup point you choose and, where applicable, phone number and email address) and our hosting and email provider. Where needed we have data processing agreements in place. For shipments outside the EU, data may be shared with customs authorities.

When you type an address in the Netherlands, the typed text is sent from our server to PDOK (Kadaster, the Dutch government) to look up matching addresses. Your IP address is not sent and PDOK receives nothing else from us.

Cookies

We only use functional cookies: a session cookie for your cart and, if you log in, your account, and a cookie that remembers your language choice. We use no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed.

Retention

We keep order and invoice data for 7 years because of the legal bookkeeping obligation. Account data is kept as long as your account exists. Other data is not kept longer than necessary.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email info@printcraft3d.nl. We respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Children

Our website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data from persons under 16.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
