We print and ship from the Netherlands. Our shipping rates are listed below. You will see the exact shipping costs at checkout, after entering your shipping address.

Pickup point
If you choose a pickup point, you pick a location near your address at checkout, for example a shop or parcel locker. The carrier lets you know as soon as your parcel is ready. You can change the pickup point until you pay.
Letterbox parcel
If your order fits through the letterbox, checkout also offers a letterbox parcel. We cannot combine different products in one letterbox parcel. For example one HeatMeister frame with up to 6 fans, two Type 10/11 frames with up to 4 fans, or two 3D maps (cities and F1 circuits). If you order different products together, or other or larger products, we ship as a regular parcel.
Shipping outside the EU
We do not charge VAT on orders outside the EU: all prices are then exclusive of VAT. Import duties and local VAT may be charged on delivery by local customs or the carrier. These costs are for the recipient.
Delivery time
Many of our products are printed to order. We start as soon as your payment is received. You will receive an email with a track-and-trace code once your parcel is on its way.
