14-day cooling-off period

As a consumer you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The period starts the day after you (or a third party you designated) received the product.

How do I cancel?

Send us an email at info@printcraft3d.nl within the cooling-off period with your order number and the products you wish to return. Then return the products within 14 days to:

Return shipping costs are for your account. Please pack the product securely.

Refund

After we receive the product we refund the purchase price within 14 days, including the original standard shipping costs, using the same payment method you used. If the product has lost value through use beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may deduct that loss in value.

Custom work: no returns

All our products are printed to order. Products from our range, including when you choose the version yourself (such as the number of fans, the material or the colour), come with the regular 14-day withdrawal period.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom work: products made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Think of a custom size, an adapted design, a print of your own design or a personalised product (such as a name or text). For a custom order we tell you in advance that it cannot be returned.

Does a custom product have a manufacturing defect, or did it arrive damaged? That is not covered by this exception. See below.

Defective or damaged products

Is your product damaged or not as agreed? Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a photo. We will find a solution together: repair, replacement or refund.
