Shipments and Returns

Shipping your package:

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-7 days after receipt of your payment via the shipping method you selected, with tracking. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, you will receive a tracking number from us to track your package online. Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Transportation costs depend on the total weight. We recommend consolidating your items into one order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be applied for each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Returns are possible for standard products; however, 3D printed items cannot be returned as they are specially produced on demand. They can only be returned in case of a defect or damage, subject to consultation.
